When you hire a UX copywriter, it’s a little different than when you hire a regular writer.
For example, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to hire a UX copywriter to come in and write a single page of copy. I mean, don’t get me wrong, a UX copywriter can do a lot to make a single page of copy work better… especially in terms of your long-term goals.
But there are certain types of projects where a UX copywriter like me can make a big impact.
Let’s start with what brings you here. Which of these is your most pressing problem?
I think my email marketing should be working better, and I don’t know why it’s not.
We’re creating content, but we don’t have a plan… or a way of measuring success.
People leave our website too soon.
We don’t make a lot of repeat sales.
I know our ecommerce sales should be higher, but I don’t know how to make that happen.
We’re about to launch a new product/app/website and we want it to be amazing.
I’m embarrassed by the mobile experience we offer.
Our customer service team is overwhelmed.
I don’t even know what the problem is… I just know there is one!
If one of these stands out… or they all have you nodding along (or cringing a little), then let’s set up an appointment to talk about how I can help you.
